Long ago in Ireland, in the land beyond the myst, the Creation Stone was discovered. And from the great orange stone, came words. Scribes wrote the words down for hundreds of years. And then, it magically assembled itself.

Bloody Rose, the woman destined to become the patron saint of all elves, was born, and prophesies began to come true. But Bloody Rose was murdered at the hands of the evil wizard, Gardartha, and the prophesies stopped for hundreds of years.
The Ieie population dwindled as the wizard intentionally set out to annihilate their population through genocide. But, as the total number dropped below three-dozen Ieies, a miracle happened.
As the Book of the Beginning prophesized, a male Ieie heard the call of the whippoorwill and sought out his intended mate.
